Shipping 

  • Processing Times:

    • In-stock items: Ships within 2 business days.
    • Made-to-order items: Ships within 3–6 weeks.

  • Transit Time:

    • Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days.

  • Restrictions:

    • Wheels can only be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
    • Shipping limited to continental US at this time.

Return Policy

  • Fees & Timing:

    • Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    • Initiate returns within 30 days of the shipment date.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We can provide a discounted shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
    • If using your own label, choose a shipping service with tracking. GT Forged is not liable for lost return shipments.

  • Exclusions:

    • Mounted wheels cannot be returned.
    • Wheels come with a 1-year warranty for manufacturer defects or workmanship issues. Contact us to file a warranty claim.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.
    • Items must show no signs of wear or use.

    How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Fill out the [Return Form - LINK].
    2. Print the prepaid return shipping label emailed to you.
    3. Send the item(s) back using the provided label.

    Refund Information:

    • Refunds are reviewed within 2 business days of receiving your return.
    • Once processed, refunds are finalized within 2 business days.
    • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your card.
